BUSINESS
CAREER : On
completion of his education in Dhaka he started business as
Civil Contractor in 1992. He was enlisted as contractor in Health
& Family Planning Department, R&H Department, PWD, Food Department,
Facilities Department and business as proprietor through M/S
M. ISLAM. He is currently engaged in Civil & Technical work
of communication network of Banglalink through the same company.
Being a share holder constructed Pragati Tower at Kha 214/E.
Pragati Sharani, Merul Budda, Gulshan, Dhaka through Paragati
Enterprise Ltd. He is also involved in the development of 20-storied
commercial building at 102, Shaheed Tajuddinm Sharani,Tejgaon,
Dhaka and NAM Villa project through East West Trading Company
as proprietor. He engaged himself in real estate & housing business
since August 2000 through Paradise Development & Constructions
Ltd (PDCL). PDCL already handed over 30 apartment building
(6-storied) and at present running 15 apartment projects all
of which are 6 & 7 -storied at Dhaka area and one 10-15-storied
apartment project at Comilla. He is experienced in trading and
business management also. |
